1. عام

باستخدامك الموقع أو إتمامك طلب، فأنت موافق على الشروط دي. بنقدر نعدلها في أي وقت، والنسخة المنشورة على الموقع هي المعتمدة.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

• بنحاول نعرض الصور والمواصفات بدقة، وممكن يحصل اختلاف بسيط في شكل العبوة أو الموديل من الشركة المصنّعة.
• الأسعار والعروض معرضة للتغيير بدون إشعار مسبق، والسعر المعتمد هو اللي بيتأكد معاك وقت تأكيد الطلب.
• التوفر المعروض على الموقع إرشادي، وبنأكد مع حضرتك المخزون قبل الشحن.

3. الطلب

الطلب بيتم تأكيده بعد تواصلنا معاك، وبنحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لو فيه خطأ في السعر أو عدم توفر المنتج، مع إبلاغك.

4. الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع 14 يوم من الاستلام، بشرط إن المنتج بحالته الأصلية وفي عبوته ومعاه ملحقاته.
• المنتجات المعيبة أو المخالفة للطلب بنستبدلها أو نرجع قيمتها بعد الفحص.
• غير مشمول بالاستبدال والاسترجاع: الهارد ديسك، والمحولات الكهربائية، وجميع الإكسسوارات البلاستيكية.

5. الضمان

• مدة وشروط الضمان بتختلف حسب المنتج، والضمان بيكون من الوكيل أو من الشركة المصنّعة.
• الضمان لا يشمل سوء الاستخدام أو التركيب الخاطئ أو الكسر أو العبث بالجهاز.

6. الخصوصية

• بنجمع الاسم والتليفون والعنوان والإيميل بس عشان نتم الطلب ونتواصل معاك.
• مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
• الإحصائيات اللي بنتابعها عن الموقع مجهولة ومش بتحدد هويتك.
• تقدر تطلب حذف بياناتك بالتواصل معانا.

4. Exchanges and returns

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, in its packaging and with its accessories.
• Defective items, or items that differ from your order, are exchanged or refunded after inspection.
• Not covered by exchange or return: hard drives, power adapters, and all plastic accessories.

5. Warranty

• Warranty duration and terms depend on the product, and the warranty is provided by the distributor or the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, wrong installation, physical damage or tampering with the device.

6. Privacy

• We collect your name, phone, address and email only to fulfil your order and contact you.
• We do not sell your data.
• The site analytics we track are anonymous and do not identify you.
• You can ask us to delete your data by contacting us.
