التوصيل

• بنوصّل الطلبات داخل القاهرة والجيزة.
• مدة التوصيل المتوقعة 3 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب. المدة تقديرية وممكن تختلف حسب المنطقة وتوفر المنتج.
• تكلفة الشحن بتتحدد وبتتأكد معاك على واتساب قبل تأكيد الطلب.

تأكيد الطلب

• بنتواصل معاك على واتساب أو بالتليفون لتأكيد المنتجات والسعر والعنوان قبل الشحن.
• لازم بيانات التواصل والعنوان تكون صحيحة. مش مسؤولين عن تأخير سببه بيانات ناقصة أو غلط.

الاستلام

افحص الطلب مع المندوب وقت الاستلام. لو فيه كسر أو نقص أو منتج مختلف عن طلبك، بلّغنا فورًا على واتساب 01105006854.

الدفع

الدفع عند الاستلام. كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري.

التركيب

التركيب خدمة منفصلة، وبيتم الاتفاق على تكلفتها وموعدها قبل التنفيذ.

Delivery

• We deliver within Cairo and Giza.
• Estimated delivery time is 3 working days after order confirmation. This is an estimate and may vary by area and product availability.
• The shipping cost is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the order is finalized.

Order confirmation

• We contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the items, price and address before shipping.
• Your contact details and address must be correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or wrong details.

Receiving your order

Please check the order with the courier on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or different from what you ordered, tell us right away on WhatsApp 01105006854.

Payment

Cash on delivery. All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).

Installation

Installation is a separate service. Its cost and date are agreed before the work is done.
